Located in a private area, yet a few steps away from the beach and all amenities, villa ‘Shades of Blue’ is one of the most beautiful seafront villas on the island, offering its guests an unobstructed view of the mesmerizing blue waters of Ftelia bay. This 400 sq. m villa is built in a 4000 square meter plot and consists of the main house & 2 guest houses. It accommodates up to 12 guests in absolute comfort as all rooms have access to the swimming pool area as well as all living areas offer a magnificent view of the sea and the surroundings.
The outdoor area is divided in two levels. One level has a large swimming pool with sunbeds and the other level has a big dining table covered with pergola and lounge area with cosy sofas and a bar.
This magnificent property is conveniently located within only 2 minutes drive to the famous Ftelia beach, where you will find some of the most popular beach bar restaurants on the island. If you decide to explore what the rest of the island has to offer, you will find Mykonos town and the rest of the popular spots withing a 10 – 15 minutes drive.

*Main House 3 levels:
